Finding the Most Effective Antibodies
Trellis is applying its human antibody discovery technology to create its own pipeline of antibody therapeutics. The company has focused its efforts on infectious disease. RSV is the most advanced program with the lead candidate at the IND enabling stage. A comprehensive suite of mAbs to multiple CMV antigens are being evaluated for in vitro efficacy. In influenza, the Company's goal is to discover high quality mAbs rapdily enough to keep pace with the virus' rapid mutation rate. Programs targeting several bacterial targets are in the research stage.
